With the theme of Nature and the Environment we want to encourage everyone to get outdoors and exercise whilst improving their mental health and raising vital funds.
You can do a sponsored walk, run, cycle… jump, hop or skip!
To continue offering therapeutic activities, trained volunteers, a support line, a safe premises, empowering opportunities for members and so much more, we need your support.
We can’t do it without you!
By signing up to the virtual Miles for Mental Health you are helping us to look after the well-being of our community. You can sign up as a team or individually (please make sure to follow government social distancing and socialising guidelines).
